The “E” in “change”
Remember that the letter “E” in “change” means “every organization” follows the same change path of anger and denial, confusion and transformation. Why? Every organization is made up of people, and this is the process we all, as individuals, experience.
My Challenge to You!
Put yourself to a test! Think of a change your organization is looking to you to implement. Imagine you are on an elevator riding from the second floor to the tenth. Your colleague beside you has been impacted by the recent change in the company and asks, “What is the change process all about?” What would you say? What’s your elevator speech? Jot down some notes to yourself.
