The “A” in chAnge

Remember that the letter “A” in “change”  refers to Analysis of the impact of the change being implemented. Analysis allows you, as the change leader or change agent, to customize your message to each group in your organization.  In the process, you build both the business case for change as well as the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me?)

My challenge to you!

Consider a change you are currently engaged in. Who is being impacted? How do they perceive the impact- as a + or a -? Why? What is the WIIFM for those impacted?  What can you as a leader do to communicate the + of the change?
